High Season: National Bridges and
Christmas (minimum 3 nights), July and August Easter (minimum stay 6
nights)
Low season: From June 15 to September 30 (Minimum stay 6 nights)
Rest of Year: Minimum stay 2 nights.
The prices are an alone housing.
Animals are not admitted.
* Confirmation of the Reserve shall
be by an entry in a number
to account for 50% of total stay.
* This amount must be made within 4 days of
confirmed by telephone or electronic, between you and the owner.
* Then the client will receive an email that will confirm the
income received and the days that you have the house.
* In case of cancellation will be refunded the advance in the
following conditions:
* Cancellation more than 1 month prior to arrival: Refund of total
advance entered
* Cancellation within 1 month and within 1 week in advance:
Return of 50% of the advance
* Cancellation within 1 week in advance: not returned any amount.
* The cancellation of the reservation will be provided in writing by
the person
reservation holder and attaching a copy of ID card of the same.
· The outstanding amount of stay will be paid upon entry into the
house.
* HOURS OF THE HOUSE:
* ARRIVAL TIME: Between 17:00 and 19:00 h H
* CHECK OUT: AT 12:00 H
* LOW SEASON WEEKENDS:
* ARRIVAL TIME FRIDAY: BETWEEN 17:00 H and 20:00 H
ARRIVAL TIME SATURDAY: between 12:00 H and 15:00 H
* SUNDAY DEPARTURE TIME: 18:00 MOST OF H (where available)
